GETTING HERE

From the South:

  • Take HWY 400 north toward Barrie
  • At the north end of Barrie, merge onto HWY 11 N toward Orillia/North Bay
  • Exit at Taylor Road and follow signs to Downtown Bracebridge
  • Travel time: approx. 2 hours


From the North:

  • Take HWY 11 S towards Toronto
  • Exit at Taylor Road and follow signs to Downtown Bracebridge
  • Travel time: approx. 1.5 hours

LAKELAND EV CHARGING STATIONS

Traveling to Bracebridge with an electric vehicle you can travel worry free with Lakeland EV Charging stations. With 14  charging stations throughout Bracebridge.  These locations include, 

  • Muskoka Lumber Community Centre - 56 Salmon Avenue
  • Bracebridge Sportplex - 1000 Clearbrook Trail
  •  Lakeland Office, 196 Taylor Road  
  • Rene Caisse Lane , Downtown Bracebridge at Memorial Park (unavailable during festival)


Visit the festival and enjoy worry-free fast charging. See below map for further details. 


Please note during the Fire & Ice Festival the chargers at Rene Caise Lane  will not available. Please visit one of the other Lakeland EV Charging locations.

FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

To make it easier to enjoy the Fire and Ice festival we are now offering free shuttle service from several convenient parking lots within Bracebridge. Shuttle buses will run continuously from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and come every half and hour. 


Parking Location for Shuttle Bus #1

  • Stevens' Your Independent Grocer Bracebridge - 270 Wellington Street
  • Festival pick up/drop off location: Corner of Ontario Street and Manitoba street. 


Parking Locations Shuttle Bus #2 

  • Habitat for Humanity ReStore - 505 Muskoka District Road 118 West
  • Festival pick up/drop off location: Dominion Street Entrance


Parking Location Shuttle Bus #3

  • Home Depot: 10 Depot Drive
  • Festival pick up/drop off location: Corner of Hiram Street / Taylor Road


Parking Location for Shuttle Bus #4

  • Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes Secondary School:  100 Clearbrook Trail
  • Festival pick up/drop off location: Corner of  Kimberly Ave / Manitoba Street

 

Our shuttles are direct shuttles please take note of your shuttle number when you visit the festival and ensure you use the same pick up and drop off gate.

PARKING

There are over 500 free parking spaces that are centrally located near the festival and are within walking distance. However, these spaces can fill early. Additional parking has been made available throughout Bracebridge at the shuttle pick up /drop off locations listed above. Overflow parking will also be available at the following locations until 8:00 pm:


  • Georgian College: 111 Wellington Street
  • Dewey Institute: 119 Wellington Street


NOTE: Please adhere to festival signage for parking. Vehicles parked where parking is not explicitly permitted will be towed immediately and at the expense of their owners. The Bracebridge Fire and Ice Festival and its volunteers are not responsible for lost, damaged and or stolen items, articles, vehicles, and/or personal items.
